Mindy Mason

Mindy Mason is an Associate Broker with ReMax Real Estate. She has been a licensed Real Estate Professional in the state of Utah since 1998.  Before that was employed in the mortgage industry for five years and her experience includes processing and underwriting.

She received her bachelors Degree from the University of Utah, School of Business, with an emphasis on Finance.  She has been employed in the mortgage and real estate industry for twelve years.  For the past nine years she has been working with Homeowners facing foreclosure, marketing Bank Owned & Short Sale properties, performing Broker Price Opinions, working with Buyers, working with Sellers, and facilitating Loss Mitigation Services.  Mindy has trained and developed Team Utah REO to service, market, and negotiate the sale of REO and Short Sale Properties. Good, Accurate, and Timely Customer Service is our focus.

She has served on the Utah Association of Realtors forms task force and played a key role in creating and implementing legal state approved addendums with regard to short sale transactions.  She prides herself on her past experience consulting hundreds of homeowners facing foreclosure and her solid track record with major mortgage lenders and servicers.  She also prides herself on her systemized approach to working with and educating her buyers and sellers to protect them throughout the purchase and sale process.

She has served as the 2006 Chair of the Realtor Political Action committee and during her tenure as chairperson raised more money for the PAC than any other chair over the previous years.  She still serves on the RPAC committee and serves on the Board of Directors for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors for the term 2007—2011.  Mindy currently serves as Treasurer for the Salt Lake Board of Realtors.  Mindy is a member of the NRBA, REOBroker.com, & REOTrans as well.
