Nick Obad

Nick Obad joined Team Utah in 2009 as our buyer’s agent.  He brings to the team an expertise in market analysis, property evaluation, contract law, and strong negotiating skills.

Nick's experience in real estate started 11 years ago in construction/real estate related fields such as project manager, renovation specialist and property management. He currently has been working as a full time Realtor for the past 5 years.

Nick also has been investing in real estate for over 10 years. He currently owns and operates over 20 units along the Wasatch Front.
